Ingredients
- Plain flourTheShop.mu300 g
- Cold butter, cubedTheShop.mu200 g
- Icing sugarTheShop.mu100 g
- Egg yolk1
- Strawberry or apricot jamTheShop.mu200 g
- Pink food colouringfew drops
- Lemon juice1 tsp
👨🍳How to cook

Rub butter into flour, add icing sugar and yolk. Bring together — don't overwork. Chill 30 minutes.

Roll to 5 mm thick, cut into 5 cm rounds (need pairs).

Bake at 160 °C for 12–14 minutes until pale. Cool completely.

Sandwich pairs with jam.

Make icing: 200 g icing sugar + lemon juice + drops of pink colouring + a little water. Spread on top.
