Cold chain

Refrigerated all the way.

Every delivery van carries two refrigeration units — one at 3°C for fresh items, one at -20°C for frozen — plus air conditioning to preserve heat-sensitive dry products. Your goods go from our cold rooms straight into the right compartment in the van that is coming to you, so the cold chain is maintained at all times.

Unlike a traditional supermarket, no other customers ever pick up and put back your products. We also handle them for the shortest time possible, which significantly reduces handling and the risk of contamination.

Where do you deliver?
Everywhere in Mauritius. We do not currently ship overseas.
Why don't drivers verify the order with me at the door?
We have a thorough checking process before your order leaves the warehouse. If anything is missing, damaged, or wrong on arrival, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
Can I change my delivery slot or address?
Yes — you have at least 6 hours' notice before the slot. Email [email protected] or call +230 5250 6006, or use the Edit button on the order in My Account.
What about cancellations?
Free until your order is being prepared. Orders cancelled on the day of delivery are charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the order value, which covers picking, packing, and routing already done.
Items missing or damaged on arrival?
Contact us within 48 hours, ideally with photos. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit at no cost. Email [email protected].
