• “Card Issuer” means the bank or financial institution that issued your payment card.
• “Mauritius” means the Republic of Mauritius.
• “DPA 2017” means the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017, as amended.
• “Consumer-protection law” means the Mauritius consumer-protection legislation in force from time to time.

All payments on theshop.mu are processed by Peach Payments. When you click “Pay”, you are redirected to a secure payment page hosted by Peach Payments. We do not see, collect, store, transmit, or have access to your card number, CVV, card expiry date, or any other sensitive payment authentication data.
