Ingredients
- Cooked jasmine rice (day-old)TheShop.mu750 g
- Chicken or shrimp250 g
- Eggs2
- Carrot, diced1
- Green peas (frozen)TheShop.mu100 g
- Spring onions4
- Garlic3 cloves
- Light soy sauce2 tbsp
- Dark soy sauce1 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tsp

Heat wok very hot. Scramble eggs and remove.

Stir-fry garlic, then protein, then carrot and peas.

Add cold rice, breaking up clumps. Toss to heat through.
