  • Cooked jasmine rice (day-old)TheShop.mu

  • Chicken or shrimp
    250 g
  • Eggs
    2
  • Carrot, diced
    1
  • Green peas (frozen)TheShop.mu
    100 g
  • Spring onions
    4
  • Garlic
    3 cloves
  • Light soy sauce
    2 tbsp
  • Dark soy sauce
    1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil
    1 tsp
  • Vegetable oilTheShop.mu
    3 tbsp
  • White pepperTheShop.mu
    to taste

👨‍🍳How to cook

    Heat wok very hot. Scramble eggs and remove.

    Stir-fry garlic, then protein, then carrot and peas.

    Add cold rice, breaking up clumps. Toss to heat through.

    Add both soy sauces, sesame oil, white pepper. Toss for 1 minute.

    Return egg, finish with spring onion. Serve immediately.
