  • Wonton / dumpling wrappers

  • Chouchou (chayote), grated
    2 medium
  • Minced chicken or porkTheShop.mu
    300 g
  • Spring onions
    4
  • Soy sauceTheShop.mu
    2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil
    1 tsp
  • Cornflour
    2 tbsp
  • Ginger, grated
    1 thumb
  • Chicken stockTheShop.mu
    1 L
  • Salt and white pepperTheShop.mu
    to taste

👨‍🍳How to cook

    Mix chouchou, mince, spring onion, ginger, soy, sesame oil, cornflour and seasoning.

    Place 1 tsp filling in each wrapper, gather edges into a small purse.

  3. 3

    Steam over high heat 12–15 minutes until cooked through.

    Serve in hot chicken stock with extra spring onion and piment confit.
