Ingredients
- Basil seeds (tukmaria)3 tbsp
- Whole milk1 L
- Condensed milkTheShop.mu100 ml
- SugarTheShop.mu3 tbsp
- Vanilla extractTheShop.mu1 tsp
- Rose syrup or grenadineTheShop.mu4 tbsp
- Agar-agar jelly cubes (optional)TheShop.mu100 g
- Crushed ice for servingas needed

Soak basil seeds in 200 ml water 20 minutes until they swell into a jelly.

Mix milk with condensed milk, sugar and vanilla. Chill.

In a tall glass: 1 tbsp rose syrup at the bottom, then crushed ice, basil seeds, jelly cubes, then chilled milk.

Stir before drinking. Serve very cold.
