How fresh is the produce when it arrives?
Produce is picked or received within 24 hours of delivery. Fish is landed the same morning. Meat is cut to order at our halal-certified butchery partner. Cold-chain pads in every refrigerated compartment keep temperatures stable from warehouse to doorstep.
What happens if something arrives damaged or spoiled?
Contact us within 24 hours via the order page or WhatsApp and we will replace or refund — no questions, no return needed for perishables.
Do you only deliver to certain areas in Mauritius?
