How quickly is tea delivered in Mauritius?
TheShop.mu offers same-day delivery across Mauritius for orders placed before 2 pm, and next-day delivery thereafter. Delivery is free on orders over Rs 2,000.
What payment methods do you accept for tea?
We accept secure online payments anywhere in Mauritius, all processed through our payment gateway Peach Payments — major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), MCB Juice, blink by Emtel, and MauCAS QR.
Do you deliver tea to the whole island?
Yes — TheShop.mu delivers to every region of Mauritius including Port Louis, Curepipe, Quatre Bornes, Rose Hill, Grand Baie, Flic en Flac, Mahebourg, and surrounding areas.
Can I return tea if I'm not satisfied?
Yes. Perishable items can be replaced free of charge if they arrive damaged — just contact us within 24 hours. Non-perishable items can be returned within 7 days for a full refund.
